The story will be told partly through the voice of Theodore MacArthur, once one of Miami Dade’s best detective and the lead investigator in the Manuel Pardo case. Theodore MacArthur is currently serving a life sentence for the killing of his wife in 1992.
With Miami ‘s glow in the background, conversations with Theodore MacArthur will happen in a car driving around Miami to ad to the Miami Vice theme of the series.
